Relationships don’t usually struggle because two people are exactly alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You see things one way. Your partner sees them another. Add different needs, expectations and ways of responding, and even the smallest disagreement can become the same old argument.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps you feel unheard, misunderstood or disconnected. Maybe you’re tired of going around in circles, or you simply want to strengthen your relationship before small frustrations become bigger problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REALationships sessions help you understand what’s happening between you, recognise the patterns you keep repeating, and explore how you can relate to each other differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the REAL Framework and my Behavioural Blueprint\u2122, we’ll look at how each of you perceives the relationship, what drives your behaviour, and how your individual choices influence the way you connect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim isn’t to decide who is right or wrong. It’s about understanding each other better, taking responsibility for your own choices, and finding a way forward that works for both of you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
