During the process of learning Choice Theory, one is introduced to the &#8220;Brain Chart&#8221; (see here).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To move beyond the intimidation and complexity of the chart, one needs to at least complete a Basic Intensive Training in Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to apply this knowledge in my everyday Family Therapy Practice, I have deconstructed and reconstructed it in a way that I perceive meaningful to me and have, from there, designed what I now use widely in all my Counselling and Coaching work: <strong>The Blueprint<\/strong> \u2013 An exploration of human behaviour &amp; how to create change, because in essence,<strong> everything starts with yourself<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.sadsa.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/My-Blueprint-stages-1-1.jpg?fit=1024%2C576\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1255\" width=\"830\" height=\"467\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This model will assist you to get along better with the people who are important to you and enlighten you in why you do the things you do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>For more info you can\u00a0CONTACT us with your query.<\/strong><br>Remember to SHARE this post!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These 3 small words hold the key to unlocking your full potential.
